Pardon the pun, but TFM has gotten more 'mileage' out of the C-6 Z06 than I could have imagined. And, perhaps, none look any better than this limited edition in "GCA" clothing. It was inspirational to choose this option to create as the next Z06 to model. The tooling is laden with detailing and functionality and it wears its black paint and accessory options exceptionally well.The "GCA" program stands for General Motors' Genuine Corvette Accessories (GCA). The program gives the buyer the option of dressing out his or her specially-ordered Vette the way they want it optioned and painted. A throw-back, perhaps, to the COPO era, for those who want something special and don't always buy off-the-lot, the GCA alternative is very welcomed.
TFM continues to offer the C-6 Z06 in highly detailed form with its internally hinged doors, great detail-rich interior appointments but now comes with specialized paint scheme in black with redlined-striped hood and competition gray wheels with real metal screening and metal foiled emblems. The GCA option package even enhances the engine decor. Oh yes, I like this edition of 2,008, a LOT!
